A new mixed-use development in Herriman broke ground on June 27 at 4900 West and 13400 South for The Commons at Herriman Towne Center. 

“This is a really exciting moment for Herriman—not just because we’re celebrating a new development coming to our city, but because we’re celebrating the kind of partnership that makes projects like this possible,” Mayor Lorin Palmer said.

The Commons will include over 200,000 square feet of commercial space, anchored by a large-format retail store and supported by a variety of restaurant and retail pads. The development also features a residential component of up to 300 multifamily units, including a portion designated for moderate-income housing.
